Filed: 6/13/18 Issued: 12/7/21 A device for producing a stretchable laminate for a wearable article, comprising: an anvil roll that carries a pair of first and second sheets and elastic members so that the elastic members are sandwiched between the pair of first and second sheets and a fusion device that, in cooperation with the anvil roll, fuses the pair of first and second sheets mutually and makes the pair of first and second sheets hold the elastic members, wherein an outer peripheral surface of the anvil roll includes a plurality of first projections for producing first joint portions with the pair of first and second sheets jointed to each other, the first projections being provided along a width direction of the anvil roll and spaced from each other in the width direction, each of the first projections defines and includes a carrying groove extending in a circumferential direction of the anvil roll and carrying each of the elastic members while each of the elastic members has entered in the groove, and at least one receiving part for receiving the pair of first and second sheets is arranged between one first projection and another first projection adjacent to each other in the width direction, among the plurality of first projections each including the carrying groove.
